Thorn Tree Tented Camp

ThornTree Camp is a classic tented safari camp located in Seronera area of Serengeti National Park, about fifteen minutes from the Seronera airstrip and visitor’s centre. The camp is open whole year, offering traditional Tanzanian hospitality and great food.

The camp is permanently based in central Serengeti, in the Seronera Valley, home to year-round wildlife due to the constant presence of water. The view from the campsite looks across onto Banagi Hill and classic vistas of the Serengeti Plains.

The entire camp is powered by solar energy, including hot water and electricity.

You will enjoy delicious meals prepared with fresh ingredients served in the tented dining room, adjoined with a lounge tent where you can order your favorite drink with free wi-fi at your disposal. After dinner enjoy star gazing and reminiscing about the day’s events around the campfire.
