Kholle House

Kholle House is located right in the center of Stone Town, built in 1860 for Princess Kholle. Each of the nine rooms are uniquely designed using a combination of Swahili and French-Creole influences. There is an outdoor pool and rooftop terrace with a Swahili-style tea house and Indian Ocean views.

Guests can enjoy a daily breakfast, as well as meals and beverages throughout the day at Kholle House. It also has a reading room and a garden with a conservatory. Wi-Fi is free available throughout the property.

The hotel organizes an important range of indoor services such as massages in the spa room, live band swahili dinners happening in the tea house on the roof top, and outdoor activities including visits to Stone town and Spice plantations.

We at African Big Cats Safaris feel an obligation to give back to our community. We are committed to donate a portion of our profits  to the Safe Water Ceramics Filters Factory which enables schools and villages to have pure drinking water .  Also our support to our local orphanage to assist the less fortunate children who are our hope for a bright future.
